Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and chemicals, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.

1. Returns

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
All returns must be approved in advance by contacting us at info@elitechemresearch.ainis.tech.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns of unopened products.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

Approved returns of unopened products (minus restocking fee and original shipping costs)
Damaged or incorrect items (full refund or replacement at our discretion)
Canceled orders (within 24 hours of purchase, before processing/shipping)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) where appropriate.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Important Notes

All products are sold strictly for research use only and are not for human consumption.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our policies.
