How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account → My Orders → clicking the tracking link.

Delivery Timeframes (Europe Only)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (available in selected countries)

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal/customs processing.

Tracking Updates

  • Most EU shipments receive tracking updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
  • For non-EU European countries (UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.), updates may take longer due to customs clearance.

Delayed or No Updates?

If your tracking shows no movement:

  • Please wait up to 5 business days after shipment for initial updates.
  • Contact us at info@elitechemresearch.ainis.tech with your order number if there is no update after that period.

We will actively follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
