Shipping Area

We currently ship only within Europe. We do not ship to the USA or any non-European countries.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders within the European Union, most shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning customs duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. For shipments to non-EU European countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Norway), you may be responsible for additional import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
