We ship our Europe warehouse.
Yes, we prioritise your privacy and ship all orders in discreet packing.
Customs regulations vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure that importing research peptides is legal in your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable import laws.
By completing your purchase, you agree that you have checked the relevant regulations and accept full responsibility for any customs-related matters. We do not accept returns or refunds for orders affected by customs issues or seizures
All our research peptides are stored in a professional, temperature-controlled facility before shipping. This ensures they remain stable and retain high purity until they reach you.
Proper storage is critical for peptide quality — that’s why we maintain strict environmental controls throughout our warehousing process.
Peptides are shipped with great care to maintain their quality. Lyophilized peptides are sent in dry form for maximum stability, while premixed peptides are transported under controlled cold-chain conditions (2–8°C). All orders are professionally packaged to protect against temperature fluctuations, light, and physical damage during transit.
We are fully committed to quality. Every batch of our research peptides undergoes rigorous third-party laboratory testing to confirm purity (typically ≥98%), identity, and consistency.
Each product is backed by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an independent lab. You can request the COA for any item at any time.
This rigorous process ensures that you receive reliable, high-quality research materials every time.
Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides Can generally be stored at room temperature (below 25°C / 77°F) for 30–60 days with minimal degradation. For long-term storage, we strongly recommend keeping them in a refrigerator (2–8°C) or freezer for maximum stability.
Reconstituted (Liquid) Peptides Should be refrigerated immediately at 2–8°C and used within a few weeks for best results. Avoid freezing reconstituted peptides unless specifically indicated.
General Recommendations:
- Always store peptides in a cool, dry, and dark place.
- Keep vials tightly sealed to prevent moisture exposure.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
For specific storage instructions, please refer to the product label or the Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided with your order.
